HMP Global Acquires Kestrel Health Information

HMP Global has agreed to acquire Kestrel Health Information, the producer of WoundCon and owner of the WoundSource Directory, adding wound-care-focused virtual conference and content assets to HMP's portfolio. The deal expands HMP Global's wound care education reach across virtual, digital, and print formats and strengthens its clinician networks and educational offerings.
