HMP Global has acquired Proximity Health, LLC, a Palo Alto–based market access insights and consulting firm focused on oncology. Proximity's founder Lee Blansett and the firm's team will join HMP's Omnimedia division as HMP Market Access Insights (part of HMP's MARIN/Market Intelligence capability); terms were not disclosed.
