Delek Logistics Partners Acquires H2O Midstream

Delek Logistics Partners, LP (NYSE: DKL) has closed the acquisition of H2O Midstream, a portfolio company of EIV Capital, for total consideration of $230 million ($160 million cash and $70 million in convertible preferred redeemable equity). The purchase expands Delek Logistics’ Midland Basin water midstream capabilities—water gathering, transportation, recycling, storage and disposal—and is expected to create operational synergies with its existing Permian Basin assets.

OCLC Acquires JJH Consulting

EMCOR Group Acquires ECM Holding Group

EMCOR Group, Inc. has agreed to acquire ECM Holding Group, Inc., a national energy-efficiency specialty services firm headquartered in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, in an all-cash transaction. The acquisition expands EMCOR's energy efficiency and sustainability services capabilities, adding ECM's HVAC, lighting, water, weatherization and airflow management offerings (ECM had estimated 2023 revenues of $60 million).

BV Investment Partners Acquires EDCO Health Information Solutions

BV Investment Partners, a Boston-based middle-market private equity firm, has acquired EDCO Health Information Solutions, a St. Louis–based provider of automated unstructured data indexing software for healthcare providers. BV will partner with EDCO's executive team to expand and enhance the company's Solarity platform, which uses NLP and a patented recognition engine to transform unstructured clinical data for EHR systems.

Deloitte Acquires Assets of Oco, Inc.

Deloitte purchased substantially all of the assets of Oco, Inc., a provider of enterprise-class SaaS business analytics solutions, to strengthen its end-to-end analytics portfolio. Financial terms were not disclosed; Deloitte said the acquisition expands its managed analytics capabilities and rapid-deployment analytics offerings.
