Home365 Acquires Chicago-based Paper Street Realty

Home365, a San Jose-based PropTech platform, acquired Paper Street Realty to support management of its Chicago real estate investments and expand its OneRate NOI-backed offering into the Chicago market. The acquisition brings Paper Street's local team and management of more than 500 units into Home365's end-to-end property management and investment platform, enabling geographic expansion and local operational capability in Chicago.
