Houlihan Lokey to Acquire Intrepid Financial Partners

Houlihan Lokey agreed to acquire Intrepid Financial Partners, an independent energy-focused investment bank providing advisory services. The deal was signed June 27, 2026 and is expected to close before September 30, 2026, subject to regulatory approval. Intrepid’s investment management business will remain separate under the Intrepid Investment Management name.
