Howard Energy Partners (HEP) completed two transactions to expand its integrated midstream platform in the Midcontinent region. HEP increased its ownership stake in the Midship Pipeline to 100% and, on May 1, 2026, completed the acquisition of Superior Midstream, adding natural gas gathering and processing infrastructure across multiple Midcontinent states.
