The deal expands Ambipar Response's North American footprint and will integrate ICE into Ambipar's network of global emergency response and environmental services offices.

DXP Enterprises Acquires Ambiente H2O Inc.

DXP Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ: DXPE) has completed the acquisition of Ambiente H2O Inc., a Sheridan, Colorado–based manufacturer representative and service provider for pumps, process equipment, and instrumentation serving the water and wastewater market. The deal expands DXP’s Water platform and establishes a presence across Colorado, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, and Montana; Ambiente reported approximately $8.1 million in trailing twelve-month sales through December 31, 2025.

Xpansiv Acquires APX to Expand Environmental Commodity Infrastructure

Xpansiv has completed the acquisition of APX, a provider of registry infrastructure for energy and environmental markets, integrating APX’s registry capabilities into Xpansiv’s market infrastructure for carbon, RECs, water and other environmental commodities. The deal was enabled in part by a $400 million strategic investment in Xpansiv led by Blackstone Energy Partners; advisers on the transaction included Perella Weinberg Partners for Xpansiv and Goldman Sachs for APX.

Holley Intermediate Holdings Acquires Empower, Ltd. (SPAC Merger)

Empower, Ltd. (a NYSE-listed SPAC) announced the SEC declared its S-4 registration statement effective, moving the proposed business combination with Holley Intermediate Holdings, Inc. toward an extraordinary shareholder vote. Empower shareholders will vote on the merger on July 14, 2021, and if approved the parties expect to close shortly after the meeting, with Empower changing its name to “Holley.”

EQT Private Equity (EQT IX) and Goldman Sachs Asset Management's Private Equity business have agreed to acquire Parexel from Pamplona Capital Management for an enterprise value of USD 8.5 billion. Parexel, a global clinical research organization co-headquartered in Durham, North Carolina and Newton, Massachusetts, employs more than 17,000 people and provides outsourced clinical development, regulatory, market access and consulting services to the pharma and biotech industry.
