Humana to Acquire Inclusa, Inc.

Humana Inc. will acquire substantially all of the assets of Inclusa, Inc., a Wisconsin-based Managed Care Organization that provides long-term care services through the state’s Family Care Medicaid program. The deal expands Humana’s Medicaid footprint and long-term care capabilities in Wisconsin; the transaction remains subject to customary state regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
