IBM Acquires Apptio for $4.6 Billion

IBM to Acquire Accelalpha

The acquisition expands IBM Consulting’s Oracle expertise—particularly in supply chain/logistics, finance (ERP/EPM), and customer transformation—by adding Accelalpha’s large team of Oracle specialists.

IBM Acquires Taos to Boost Hybrid Cloud Consulting Capability

Taos brings deep public-cloud partnerships (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and experience across technology, financial services, healthcare, retail, transportation and education.
