IBM to Acquire Accelalpha

IBM has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Accelalpha, a global Oracle Cloud Applications consulting, implementation, and managed services provider. The deal is expected to close in Q4 2024, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. The acquisition expands IBM Consulting’s Oracle expertise—particularly in supply chain/logistics, finance (ERP/EPM), and customer transformation—by adding Accelalpha’s large team of Oracle specialists.
