Software AG has agreed to acquire StreamSets for €524 million to accelerate its hybrid integration strategy and enter the fast-growing cloud data integration market. The acquisition will combine StreamSets' DataOps / data integration platform with Software AG's Digital Business portfolio to drive cross-selling, develop joint iPaaS offerings and scale StreamSets' high-growth SaaS business.

BMC Acquires StreamWeaver

Accenture Acquires OPENSTREAM HOLDINGS

Hg Acquires OneStream for $6.4 Billion
