Raleigh-based ICE Global Consulting, Inc. and CliniStart, Inc. merged effective May 5, 2022, with CliniStart folded into ICE Global and Brooke Millman-Ice continuing as CEO. The combined organization expands ICE Global’s clinical trial start-up capabilities—adding CliniStart’s investigator payment processing and site payment administration expertise—to accelerate global site activation for pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO clients. No financial terms were disclosed.
