ICV Partners Acquires Desi Natural and Noga Brands to Form Desi Fresh Foods

ICV Partners acquired the Desi Natural and Noga brands and related assets from Raymundo's Food Group, a portfolio company of AUA Private Equity, and formed a new operating company, Desi Fresh Foods, headquartered in Farmingdale, New York. The business is the leading U.S. producer of South Asian dahi and lassi; Larry LaPorta will lead the company as CEO and financing for the acquisition was provided by M&T Bank.
