Idera, Inc. Acquires BitTitan, Inc.

Idera, Inc., parent of B2B software productivity brands, has acquired BitTitan, a global leader in cloud and data migration software, adding MigrationWiz and Perspectium to Idera’s Data Tools business unit. BitTitan brings a SaaS migration platform used to move over 25 million users across 46,000 customers in 188 countries, which Idera says will accelerate its cloud migration and data automation capabilities.
