Dutch micro-precision solutions provider Muon, backed by Gilde Buy Out Partners, has completed the acquisition of LouwersHanique, a manufacturer of high-precision technical glass and advanced ceramic components. The deal expands Muon's capabilities in technical glass and ceramics to better serve semiconductor and medical end-markets and is expected to lift the combined group's revenues to well over EUR 110 million.

IDEX Corporation Acquires Mott Corporation

IDEX Corporation has entered into and completed a definitive agreement to acquire Mott Corporation for $1.0 billion in cash (approximately $900 million net of present-value tax benefits). The acquisition brings Mott's sintered porous metal filtration and flow-control capabilities into IDEX's Health & Science Technologies segment to expand applied materials capabilities across semiconductor, medical, energy, space & defense, and water purification end markets.

IDEX Corporation agreed to acquire Airtech Group, Inc., US Valve Corporation and related entities from investment funds managed by EagleTree Capital for $470 million in cash (subject to customary adjustments). The acquisition brings engineered vacuum pumps, regenerative blowers, compressor systems and valves into IDEX's Health & Science Technology segment; Airtech's largest facility is in Rutherford, New Jersey, with additional operations in Werneck, Germany and Shenzhen, China.

NuChem Sciences Acquires IniXium

Bruker Corporation to Acquire PhenomeX Inc for $108 Million

Bruker Corporation has signed a definitive agreement to acquire PhenomeX Inc in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $108 million equity value ($1.00 per share). The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2023, subject to customary closing conditions, after which PhenomeX will merge into a wholly owned Bruker subsidiary.
