IDEX Corporation Acquires Muon Group for €700 Million

IDEX Corporation has agreed to acquire Muon B.V. and its subsidiaries (Muon Group) for an enterprise value of €700 million, strengthening IDEX’s precision technology capabilities within its Health & Science Technologies segment. The deal was subject to regulatory approvals and Dutch works council consultation, and IDEX later announced it completed the acquisition.

The add-on strengthens Andra Tech Group’s position in its home market of the Netherlands and expands its technological capabilities serving semiconductor, analytical and optics end markets; selling shareholder Daniël Gulikers will remain as managing director.

QED Technologies Acquires Dutch United Instruments (Nanomefos)

Hahn & Co. Acquires SKC's Fine Ceramics Business (Solmics)

CML Microsystems Acquires MicroWave Technology, Inc.

CML Microsystems Plc has completed the acquisition of MicroWave Technology, Inc. (MwT), a Silicon Valley–based compound semiconductor manufacturer founded in 1982 that specializes in GaAs and GaN MMICs, discrete devices and hybrid amplifier products. The deal expands CML Micro's product portfolio, strengthens its mmWave and high-frequency R&D capabilities, and aims to accelerate global market reach for MwT's products via CML's sales and distribution network.
