The acquisition will enable IFS to scale 7bridges' simulation and analytics technology across manufacturing, transportation and aerospace & defense customers while bringing the 7bridges team into IFS.

IFS Acquires Industrial AI Provider Falkonry

IFS has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Falkonry, a California-based industrial AI software company that provides automated time-series anomaly detection and operational insights for manufacturing and defense customers. The acquisition adds Falkonry's self-learning anomaly detection to IFS's cloud enterprise suite, expanding IFS's AI capabilities across ERP, EAM, FSM and related products; the deal is expected to close in Q4 2023.

Softeon Acquires GetUsROI and AttunedLabs

The deal brings GetUsROI’s LUCA open supply chain execution platform and implementation expertise into Softeon, expanding its integration, UI/analytics and systems-integration capabilities to accelerate deployments across robotics, goods-to-person and other materials-handling systems.
