IgniteTech has signed a definitive agreement to acquire certain assets of BryterCX, a provider of AI-driven customer journey and CX analytics. The acquisition will fold BryterCX's Journey Intelligence platform into IgniteTech's Customer Experience Management suite to expand its CX capabilities and offer the technology through IgniteTech's subscription licensing program.
