Impact Property Solutions, a PE-backed platform owned by Blue Sage Capital, has acquired Cutting Edge Carpet, a Florida-based flooring products and installation provider serving multifamily properties. The deal expands Impact's footprint into Florida (Orlando, Jacksonville, Gainesville) as part of its Sun Belt growth strategy and marks an add-on to the Impact platform.
