Imperative Logistics Group Acquires DTH Expeditors

Imperative Logistics Group has acquired DTH Expeditors, a premium provider of next-flight-out and time-critical expedited logistics services based in the Atlanta area. DTH will be integrated into Imperative's ASAP Expediting offering to expand next-flight-out capabilities and strengthen service to healthcare, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing customers; DTH's CEO Mike Winslett will continue to lead the business.
