IMS ExpertServices, a Trinity Hunt Partners portfolio company, has acquired The Focal Point, an Oakland-based trial graphics and litigation consultancy. The deal expands IMS' litigation service offerings—adding trial graphics and litigation consulting capabilities to its expert witness search, jury consulting and presentation services platform.
