In-Place Machining Company (IPM), a portfolio company of Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP), has acquired Western Machine Works, LLC (WMW), a Portland, Oregon-based precision machine shop. The add-on expands IPM's on-site machining and precision repair capabilities while strengthening its geographic presence in the Pacific Northwest and across targeted end markets such as pulp & paper, marine, and renewable power.
