Independent Builders Merchant Group (IBMG), a portfolio company of Cairngorm Capital Partners LLP, has acquired MS Roofing Supplies Limited, a roofing merchant operating five branches across Sussex. The acquisition is an add-on to IBMG's specialist roofing division to expand geographic coverage, broaden product range and support future growth as MS Roofing's managing director retires.
