Infinity Laboratories Acquires EKG Life Sciences Solutions (EKG Labs)

Infinity Laboratories (backed by investor Imperial Capital) has acquired EKG Life Sciences Solutions, LLC (EKG Labs), a GMP-compliant analytical contract testing laboratory based in St. Louis, Missouri. The deal expands Infinity's geographic footprint and capabilities in chemical and microbiological testing (including extractables & leachables, method development/validation and impurity identification); founder Katie Grayson will continue as General Manager of EKG Labs.
