Inflexion, via its Enterprise Fund V, has invested in Ultimate Performance, the premium global personal training and nutrition platform, backing the existing management team as it pursues international expansion. As part of the deal Steve Brice is stepping up to Group CEO and Inflexion has appointed Simon McMurtrie as Chair and Christian Jennings as CFO to support the next stage of growth.
