Infosys Acquires Optimum Healthcare IT

Infosys has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Optimum Healthcare IT for up to $465 million in an all-cash transaction with upfront payments and performance-based earnouts. The deal is aimed at strengthening Infosys’ healthcare provider capabilities by adding Optimum’s EHR, clinical workflows, digital transformation, and consulting expertise.
