Compass, headquartered in Dallas and known for building hyperscale data center campuses, will continue to be led by founder and CEO Chris Crosby as the new owners support the company's global expansion and sustainable campus development.

Argo Infrastructure Partners Increases Stake in TierPoint

KKR to Buy 20% Stake in Singtel’s Regional Data Center Business

Singtel and KKR reached a definitive agreement under which a KKR-managed fund will invest up to S$1.1 billion (about US$800 million) for a 20% stake in Singtel’s regional data center business within its Digital InfraCo unit. The stake can increase to 25% by 2027 at a pre-agreed valuation, and the proceeds will help accelerate expansion across ASEAN markets.

Donnelley & Sons (operating as Moore Canada Corporation) for a cash purchase price of CAD 130.8 million.
