InfraRed Capital Partners Acquires Rogers Communications’ Canadian Data Center Business

InfraRed Capital Partners has agreed to acquire Rogers Communications’ data center business, consisting of nine Tier 2 and 3 data centers across key Canadian cities. The colocation-focused platform includes up to 49 MW of capacity and offers secure colocation plus cloud and managed services, with completion expected by year-end subject to approvals and customary closing conditions.
