Infrastructure at Goldman Sachs Alternatives has closed its acquisition of QScale, a Canadian developer and operator of next-generation, AI-ready data centers, in partnership with QScale’s founders and management team. QScale’s management will continue to lead the business and retain headquarters in Québec as the company expands AI data center campuses across Canada.
