INNIO Group to Acquire Enerflex APAC Aftermarket Operations

INFRONEER Holdings Inc. has completed the acquisition of Japan Wind Development Co., Ltd. from Bain Capital Private Equity and Bain Capital Double Impact in a transaction valued at approximately JPY 218.9 billion (about $1.527 billion). Japan Wind Development — a leading onshore wind farm developer in Japan with ~300 turbines and ~570 MW capacity — will become a wholly owned subsidiary of INFRONEER as part of the group's integrated renewable energy and infrastructure strategy.
