Insurify Acquires Compare.com

Insurify has completed the acquisition of Inspop USA, LLC and its subsidiary Compare.com, bringing the established online auto insurance comparison brand and team into Insurify's platform. The deal strengthens Insurify's consumer reach, technology and carrier relationships while Admiral Group — founder of Compare.com — retains a minority stake in Insurify and remains a strategic shareholder.
