Inszone Insurance Services, a Sacramento-based insurance brokerage, has acquired B-W Insurance Agency, LLC, a family-owned Colorado insurance agency founded in 1984. The deal expands Inszone’s presence in Colorado and brings B-W’s commercial and personal lines book and local client relationships into Inszone’s nationwide platform; terms were not disclosed.
