Inszone Insurance Services, a Sacramento-based full-service brokerage, has acquired T Blackwell Insurance Group, a Texas personal-lines agency founded by Tracey Blackwell in 2012. The acquisition expands Inszone's footprint in Texas and brings T Blackwell's community-focused, client-education approach and personal lines capabilities into the Inszone platform.
