Integrated Openings Solutions (IOS), a Frontenac-backed specialty distributor of commercial door and access control solutions, has acquired B.A. Hoft of Charlotte, Inc., a Mooresville, North Carolina-based supplier of architectural hardware, doors and Division 10 specialties. The deal expands IOS's service footprint and capabilities in the Southeast while keeping Chris King in place as President of the acquired business.
