Integrated Power Services (IPS) has acquired DUAL-Électrotech Inc., a Sherbrooke, Quebec-based provider of low-, medium- and high-voltage electrical products and services. The acquisition expands IPS's power management product and service capabilities and strengthens its substation engineering, maintenance and field services presence across Canada and the Northeastern United States.
