Integrated Power Services (IPS) acquired Belyea Company, an Easton, Pennsylvania provider of medium- and high-voltage electrical equipment, portable substations, and related field services. The deal expands IPS’s Electrification platform with high-voltage transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, portable substations, and 24/7 commissioning, repair, and field service capabilities.
