Integrated Power Services (IPS) has acquired Lighthouse Global Energy, an Abilene, Texas-based OEM wind turbine parts supplier and manufacturer. The deal expands IPS's renewables offering—adding distribution, engineering, repair and manufacturing capabilities to support utility-scale wind power, particularly in West Texas.
