Integrated Specialty Coverages Acquires Access Partners Insurance Services

Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC), a technology-enabled general agency backed by affiliates of Two Sigma’s Sightway Capital, has acquired Access Partners Insurance Services, a Sacramento-based multi-line wholesale broker with a focus on workers' compensation. Terms were not disclosed; ISC said the acquisition adds new carrier relationships and broadens workers' compensation class eligibility to expand ISC's platform and product footprint across the U.S.
