Intelligent Technical Solutions (ITS), a Tower Arch Capital portfolio company, has acquired OneClick Solutions Group in partnership with OneClick founder and CEO Mark McGarvey. The add-on expands ITS's managed IT services footprint in the San Francisco Bay Area; transaction financing was provided by Deerpath Capital and terms were not disclosed.
