InteLogix Acquires Pioneer Customer Experience LLC

InteLogix announced the completion of its acquisition of Pioneer Customer Experience, LLC ("Pioneer CX"), a provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) and customer experience (CX) services for U.S. federal, state, and local government agencies. The deal was made to strengthen InteLogix’s Citizen Experience (GovCX) strategy by combining Pioneer CX’s government-grade certifications with InteLogix’s AI-enabled operational technology stack.
