Evaaro, a portfolio company backed by MML Keystone, announced the acquisition of Keg Logistics (USA) and North Keg (Canada) from existing shareholders, including Seaport Capital. The deal combines these businesses with Evaaro’s UK & Ireland keg pooling platform ekeg to create a unified, multi-jurisdictional keg management and pooling offering across the UK & Ireland, the USA, Canada, and the EU.

MML Keystone Acquires Close Brewery Rentals (ekeg) from Close Brothers
