Investcorp Acquires Investis Digital

Investcorp has completed the acquisition of Investis Digital from ECI Partners and a group of minority investors. Investis Digital, headquartered in London with over 500 employees across nine offices, will continue to be led by its management team which rolled a meaningful stake; Investcorp intends to support growth through M&A, product diversification and cross-selling.

Bahrain-based alternative investment manager Investcorp has acquired the private equity and real estate investment management businesses of IDFC Alternatives Limited, a subsidiary of IDFC Limited, marking Investcorp's entry into India. The deal transfers an existing team of around 20 people and roughly $430 million of combined AUM to Investcorp and is intended to expand the firm’s investment footprint and client franchise in India.
