IRIS Software Group has acquired Apex HCM, a cloud-native HCM and payroll software provider for payroll service bureaus and CPA firms. The acquisition, previously backed by Serent Capital, expands IRIS's footprint in the Americas and broadens its payroll and HCM capabilities for PSBs, CPA firms and SMBs.
