Isomeric Industries Inc., a Big Spring, Texas-based supplier of oilfield and industrial chemicals, has acquired Big Spring Rail Systems, Inc., effective September 15, 2025. The purchase — which transfers operation of approximately 8 miles of rail line in Howard County, Texas — will allow Isomeric to reduce raw-material logistics costs and support broader industrial development around Big Spring Airport through a new subsidiary, Isomeric Development Corporation.
