Ivanti Acquires MobileIron and Pulse Secure

Ivanti, backed by Clearlake Capital Group and TA Associates, completed its acquisitions of MobileIron and Pulse Secure to expand its unified endpoint management and zero trust security portfolio. Under the MobileIron agreement, Ivanti acquired all outstanding shares for approximately $872 million in cash ($7.05 per share). Pulse Secure was acquired from affiliates of Siris Capital Group, LLC, with terms not disclosed.
