NeuroFlow, a behavioral health technology and analytics company, has acquired Quartet Health to expand its provider network, referral management capabilities and AI-powered behavioral health platform. The deal (expected to close end of January 2025) will broaden NeuroFlow's offerings to payers, health systems and federal customers and follows related transactions by Concord Health Partners' portfolio (Iris Telehealth acquired Quartet's innovaTel division).
