ASSA ABLOY Acquires CrewSight to Expand Construction Access and Workforce Solutions

The acquisition brings CrewSight’s workforce management and jobsite access control software into ASSA ABLOY’s Construction business area to accelerate digital transformation and enhance on-site security, productivity and compliance.

ASSA ABLOY has acquired 9Solutions, a Finnish provider of AI-powered real-time locating and critical communication solutions focused on senior care. 9Solutions, founded in 2009 and headquartered in Oulu with about 40 employees and ~€10M in 2023 sales, will join ASSA ABLOY's Global Solutions Senior Care business area and the acquisition is accretive to EPS from the start.

NeuroFlow Acquires Owl

NeuroFlow, a Philadelphia-based behavioral health technology provider, has acquired Owl, a measurement-based care company, to create an expanded end-to-end behavioral health measurement and engagement platform. The deal extends NeuroFlow's capabilities into outpatient behavioral health provider organizations and combines both firms' assessment, analytics and AI capabilities to support payers, providers and government customers across all 50 states.

ASSA ABLOY Acquires InVue

ASSA ABLOY has acquired InVue, a US-based provider of precision-engineered connected asset protection and access control solutions, expanding ASSA ABLOY’s capabilities in access control and retail asset protection. InVue, founded in 1986 and headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, reported roughly $165 million in 2024 sales and about 260 employees; ASSA ABLOY says the acquisition will be accretive to EPS from the start.

ASSA ABLOY Acquires Integrated Warehouse Solutions (IWS)

ASSA ABLOY has acquired Integrated Warehouse Solutions (IWS), a Burleson, Texas-based manufacturer of loading dock equipment with about 550 employees and 2022 sales of approximately $170 million. The acquisition expands ASSA ABLOY's Entrance Systems product offering and is expected to be accretive to EPS from the start.

Fyllo Acquires DataOwl

The deal integrates DataOwl’s AI-powered retail solutions into Fyllo’s Compliance Cloud to expand Fyllo’s retail, CRM and loyalty capabilities for cannabis and other highly regulated industries.
