ASSA ABLOY has acquired InVue, a US-based provider of precision-engineered connected asset protection and access control solutions, expanding ASSA ABLOY’s capabilities in access control and retail asset protection. InVue, founded in 1986 and headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, reported roughly $165 million in 2024 sales and about 260 employees; ASSA ABLOY says the acquisition will be accretive to EPS from the start.
