IXLA (founded 2003, ~50 employees, 2023 sales ~MEUR 13) will become part of HID's Secure Issuance Business Area, strengthening ASSA ABLOY's capabilities in government and financial institution secure issuance solutions.

Sunray, founded in 1980 and headquartered in Kent with about 70 employees and ~£12m in 2022 sales, will strengthen ASSA ABLOY's door specification offering and presence in the UK and EMEIA markets.

Securitech generated roughly $16 million in sales in 2022, employs about 50 people, and the acquisition is intended to expand ASSA ABLOY's product portfolio and strengthen its position in mature, high-security end markets.
