Integrated Warehouse Solutions Acquires Pioneer Dock Equipment

Integrated Warehouse Solutions (IWS), a Burleson, Texas-based material handling platform backed by Wincove Private Holdings, has acquired Pioneer Dock Equipment of Spring Hill, Tennessee. The deal brings Pioneer’s loading dock manufacturing capabilities and dealer distribution network into the IWS portfolio to expand product breadth and support across North America.

ASSA ABLOY Acquires InVue

ASSA ABLOY has acquired InVue, a US-based provider of precision-engineered connected asset protection and access control solutions, expanding ASSA ABLOY’s capabilities in access control and retail asset protection. InVue, founded in 1986 and headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, reported roughly $165 million in 2024 sales and about 260 employees; ASSA ABLOY says the acquisition will be accretive to EPS from the start.

STG Logistics Acquires International Warehouse Services, Inc.

Tecum Capital-Led Investor Group Recapitalizes Automotive Systems Warehouse (ASW)

The deal, which included equity and subordinated debt and involved ASW management as co-investors, funds growth initiatives and addresses founder succession while keeping the existing leadership team in place.

ASSA ABLOY Acquires Wallace & Wallace and Wallace Perimeter Security

ASSA ABLOY has acquired Canadian manufacturer, distributor and installer Wallace & Wallace (also referred to as Wallace Perimeter Security), which makes perimeter fencing, doors and gate solutions for commercial and residential markets. The Winnipeg-based business (founded 1946) has about 160 employees and C$57 million in 2024 sales; ASSA ABLOY said the deal strengthens its Perimeter Security offering and presence in Central Canada.
