STG Logistics Acquires XPO Logistics' Intermodal Division

STG Logistics, a Wind Point Partners portfolio company, acquired the intermodal division of XPO Logistics and will operate the combined business as STG Logistics. The transaction created a vertically integrated port-to-door containerized logistics provider and was accompanied by a recapitalization of STG by Wind Point and funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management; financing was led by Antares Capital and other lenders.

Warehouse Services Inc. Acquires Sky Transportation Services

Privately held 3PL Warehouse Services Inc. (WSI) has acquired El Paso-based Sky Trans Group Holdings, LLC (Sky Transportation Services), a regional truckload carrier focused on dry‑van and US–Mexico cross‑border freight. The deal is expected to add over $60 million in annual revenue to WSI and expand its cross‑border and Southwestern U.S. trucking capabilities, with Sky's CEO Albert Luna remaining in a leadership role.

STG Logistics Acquires Veeco Holdings

ASSA ABLOY Acquires Integrated Warehouse Solutions (IWS)

ASSA ABLOY has acquired Integrated Warehouse Solutions (IWS), a Burleson, Texas-based manufacturer of loading dock equipment with about 550 employees and 2022 sales of approximately $170 million. The acquisition expands ASSA ABLOY's Entrance Systems product offering and is expected to be accretive to EPS from the start.

The Sterling Group Acquires Gulf Winds International

Mullen Group Acquires International Warehousing & Distribution Inc.

(IWD), a Mississauga-based customs sufferance warehousing and import/export delivery provider serving the Greater Toronto Area. The acquisition expands Mullen Group's logistics and warehousing footprint in the Greater Toronto Area and eastern Canada; IWD founder Steve Cox will remain during the transition period.
