STG Logistics Acquires Arrowpac International's New Jersey CFS Division

STG Logistics, a Wind Point Partners portfolio company, acquired the New Jersey Container Freight Station (CFS) division of Arrowpac International to expand its CFS capacity and presence in the New York/New Jersey ocean freight corridor. Arrowpac will retain its NVOCC and related distribution and transportation businesses, while CFS leadership from Arrowpac will join STG's New York/New Jersey operations.

STG Logistics Acquires XPO Logistics' Intermodal Division

STG Logistics, a Wind Point Partners portfolio company, acquired the intermodal division of XPO Logistics and will operate the combined business as STG Logistics. The transaction created a vertically integrated port-to-door containerized logistics provider and was accompanied by a recapitalization of STG by Wind Point and funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management; financing was led by Antares Capital and other lenders.

Stord, an Atlanta-based digital warehousing and distribution network, acquired transportation partner Cove Logistics to add freight capabilities and broaden its end-to-end supply chain offering. The deal brings roughly 15 Cove employees into Stord and integrates full truckload, LTL, intermodal and other freight services into Stord’s distribution network and software platform to better serve enterprise and retail customers.
